I would guess this film is from around the middle or end of 2017. It is made by Tech Crunch, and is based on the book of the same name by Nathaniel Popper, and looks at the challenges Bitcoin was facing at that time.
These include the centralisation happening in the mining of Bitcoin, the way to scale the technology and the use of blockchain by mainstream actors. The way this was going to play out were fairly unclear, and although we have come a long way since then it is still not clear today.
The last third of the film devotes time to Ethereum and what potential that has brought to the space, and how it is likely it is to be disruptive in the future (the film is pre the Ethereum replacements like EOS and Tron).
The film is fairly well structured, has interesting arguments presented, and is engaging. However, the editing is terrible and intrusive, and this sort of cutting through every sentence should be avoided by anyone who wants to get their message across.
